The outdoors has been a part of my life since childhood. Growing up in the Thumb of Michigan, I developed a passion for hunting, land management, and understanding what makes a property thrive. Years of experience exploring and managing both private and public land have built a deep appreciation for habitat, wildlife, and the opportunities that exist within every property.

Proven Land & Habitat was founded out of a passion for helping landowners get more from their property. Every property is different, and that’s what I enjoy most about this work. Whether it’s a small hunting parcel, a family farm, or a large recreational property, I enjoy evaluating the land, identifying opportunities others might overlook, and helping landowners reach their goals through practical, well-planned improvements.

To accomplish that, I combine hands-on land experience with practical solutions tailored to each property. Whether the goal is improving wildlife habitat, developing a better recreational property, preparing land for future opportunities, or creating a long-term management plan, I focus on strategies that fit the land and the landowner’s goals.

In addition to land and habitat services, I am a Michigan licensed real estate salesperson affiliated with eXp Realty, specializing in rural and recreational properties. Through my real estate services, I help buyers and sellers navigate land transactions while bringing a deeper understanding of property potential, improvements, and land value.
